Getting Started
Step 1
First, you will need to remove the broken barrel from the heater block. Use the hammer to tap the threaded end and of barrel up and out of the heater block.
Step 2
Next, insert the new barrel into the top of the heater block. Thread the M6 nut onto the end of the barrel and tighten the nut until the barrel is correctly installed.
If possible, chuck the heater block up in a vise. Not too tightly, as it is aluminum.
The barrel on the left is tightened to far. The barrel on the right is correct.
